Solid Stay Near the Beach

The reception desk provided a great welcome. The location was perfect! close to the beach and other attractions. The apartment had good facilities. Showers were powerful and warm.
The entertainment was not the best for kids. The kids disco was non existent unless we asked. The entertainment employee seemed uninterested.

The apartment was relatively clean. A change of towels occurred every other day. They quickly mopped the bathroom and kitchen floors a couple of times .

The pool was nice with plenty of sunbeds. i could always get one even if i went late morning. the location is excellent. It is close to the beach and restaurants.
The apartments were not cleaned daily . the beds were only made up on two days. there were many steps to negotiate with a pushchair to our rooms. There was no lift.

the on-site shop was convenient. it is open 24 hours.
The apartment was not very soundproof. i could clearly hear noise from other apartments. also, lugging heavy cases up several flights of stairs was not fun. There were no lifts in my block.

Solid stay near the beach

I found the location very convenient. Bars and restaurants are nearby. The beach is a short walk. The pool area was a good size, although I noticed limited sunbeams at times (something to consider). The pool bar was nice. All staff members were friendly at reception, the bar, and the cleaning service.
I did find that the apartments were not cleaned daily .

The hotel offers a half-board option that seemed a good value. I particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice during breakfast (a definite plus). The variety of breakfast items ensured a satisfying start to the day.

The pool looks amazing. I liked that the hotel has a shop on site as well. It was very handy. There is public parking nearby, a big advantage when returning from trips (especially at night).

The reception staff were super cute, especially david at check-in. Leona was a star during check-out! she really assisted when our airport transfer was delayed. the hotel itself was more than adequate and the rooms were spacious. i would return if i had the chance.
The only slight issue was the tv. It only had a few english channels.

The pool area was clean with enough loungers for everyone. i saw there was a shop on site and it was open 24 hours. That seems pretty handy. there were always people at the front desk to help.

Our apartment was really spacious and clean. we got fresh towels every day. Plus the air conditioning worked amazingly in the lounge and bedroom. the shower was warm with good pressure. there was enough space for us.
